Welcome to TimeShield. These Terms of Service govern your use of timeshield.co.il and any orders you place with us. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Products & pricing
Prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT (Ma'am). Product specifications and stock are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
2. Orders & payment
Orders are accepted at our discretion. Payment is processed through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. An order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.
3. Shipping & returns
Under תקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה) 2010, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus up to 5% or ₪100. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.
4. Intellectual property
The TimeShield brand, designs, photography, and copy are owned by TimeShield and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
TimeShield is not liable for damage to a watch arising from improper installation or use of our products beyond the intended scope.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
